USER EXPERIENCE TESTING

We want your feedback

We are currently recruiting users to provide feedback on our two tools: HealthyPlace.City and HealthyPlan.City. From February to June, we will be holding one-on-one, remote user experience testing sessions to get feedback that will be used to improve the tools before they are widely distributed late this year.

User testing sessions will last about 1 hour. After the testing session, participants will receive a $100 gift card from their choice of Canadian Tire, The Bay, Indigo, or Amazon.ca.

If you are a member of the general public, a community advocate, urban planner,  public health professional, policy-maker, or academic researcher and you would like to participate in the remote user testing sessions, please fill out and submit the form below. We will follow-up with an email confirmation that will provide more information.
